Child Therapy

If you are concerned about your child's mood swings or the effects of trauma or loss, child therapy can be of great benefit. I integrate many approaches including play therapy and expressive arts therapies to help your child identify and express feelings in healthy ways and change behavioral patterns so that they can thrive at school, home, and in their relationships with friends and family members.

Tweens and Teens

Through modalities they can relate to like art, music, journaling, and anime, kids between the ages of 12 and 18 find a safe haven in therapy to express feelings and talk about issues they are facing.
